Descending Like a Dove is the story of an exodus out of Evangelical Christianity and a wilderness adventure in search of Something more. The promised land will never truly be "great again" until it flows with milk and honey for all. Authentic discipleship to Jesus decolonizes. It dares us to connect the dots and tell the truth about what Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called "the giant triplets of evil"-racism, militarism and extreme poverty. These triplets fuel upward mobility. The wrong kind of "great." And so we descend.
